We require credit card details to secure any reservation. If you were to cancel less than 24 hours in advance or not arrive for the booking, a cancellation fee may apply.
All reservations to be confirmed prior to the booking. We will try to confirm with you, however if you have not been contacted please phone or email us directly. We reserve the right to cancel any un-confirmed reservations.
All bookings at 6:00 or 6:15 pm are subject to a two hour dining time.
We’re delighted to be an integral part of the Epicurean Escape at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley on the weekend of 28 and 29 July. Join us at this ultra-luxury conservation-based resort in the Greater Blue Mountains, a short 2.5 hour drive from Sydney, for a memorable weekend of food and wine. The Epicurean Escape includes a Welcome Dinner prepared by the resort’s chef Nancy Kinchela and her team on the Friday evening and on Saturday evening a degustation dinner designed and cooked by Bentley’s Brent Savage and matched with wines selected by Nick Hildebrandt. By day you can explore the great outdoors with a range of nature-based activities or relax in your very own private pool.
