Our Reservation Policy

Whilst we encourage online bookings, please be aware that there may be limited availability. If your preferred time is unavailable, please contact the restaurant directly on +61 8214 0505. If your booking is for 5 to 9 guests we require credit card details to secure your reservation. If you fail to arrive for your booking or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your reservation a cancellation fee may apply.

If you would like to reserve a table of 10 or more please contact functions@thebentley.com.au.

We require all reservations to be confirmed prior to the booking. We will try to confirm with you, however if you have not been contacted please phone or email us directly. We reserve the right to cancel any un-confirmed reservations. For some bookings at 6:00 pm and 6:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, your table may be limited to a 2 hour time frame.

BENTLEY WINS AT THE TIME OUT BAR AWARDS

On Sunday November 23rd, Bentley took home the ‘Best Wine Bar’ award, as well as Highly Commended for ‘Best Bar Food’. Thank you Time Out Sydney!

We’re building a new Private Dining Room

Oct 2014 – Construction of a third Private Dining Room has begun. It will be ready mid-November and we’ll be able to cater for up to 60 guests in that room. Very exciting!

BRENT IS THE 2015 ‘CHEF OF THE YEAR’

The 2015 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards were held at The Ivy on September 1st. Brent took home one of its top honours – Chef of the Year. This is the second time Brent has been awarded the title – the first was in 2005 when he was at Moog Wine & Food. Click here for the full list of award winners

SOMMELIER OF THE YEAR AWARD FOR NICK

Owner/Sommelier Nick Hildebrandt was awarded the Sommelier of the Year gong at the Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Awards on August 20, 2014. This is Nick’s third Sommelier Award. He has won it twice at the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards, and now this fantastic national recognition from the Australian Gourmet Traveller. 2012 PUNCH RELEASE DINNER

You can be one of the first in Australia to taste the new release 2012 vintage from Punch Vineyards, Yarra Valley. The Bentley is hosting an evening with winemaker James Lance and the Airoldi Wines team on Thursday August 28 at 7pm, pairing a 5-course dinner with a total of 8 wines from the Punch range. BRENT AT THE NOOSA INTERNATIONAL FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL

The Noosa International Food & Wine Festival is a huge foodie event on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of Queensland, May 15-18. Brent has been invited to attend as one of the event’s ‘Star Chefs’ where he will be adding his talents to the Westpac-sponsored Premier International Degustation event at Berardo’s alongside the likes of Alvin Leung from Bo Innovation (Hong Kong, London), Bruno Loubet from Grain Store (London), David Thompson of Nahm (Bangkok) and more.
